Senior Operations Manager

Job Summary As a Senior Operations Manager, you’ll lead integrated supply chain, logistics, warehouse, and distribution operations. You’ll connect demand and production planning with transportation, procurement, inventory, and order fulfillment to keep goods moving reliably. You’ll manage budgets and profit and loss (P&L), use supply chain analytics to guide decisions, and build strong teams through clear managerial communication. Your impact: By improving processes and coordinating transportation, inventory, and warehouse operations, you’ll help customers and internal teams receive the right goods when they need them. Responsibilities Lead distribution operations, warehouse management, shipping and receiving, freight, fleet management, and transportation planning. Oversee inventory management and control, materials management, procurement, demand planning, and production planning. Manage budgets, P&L, third-party logistics (3PL) partners, and non-vessel-operating common carrier (NVOCC) relationships. Drive process management, Lean practices, process improvement, and continuous improvement across operations. Use enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, transportation management systems, warehouse management systems, AS400, Microsoft Office, and supply chain analytics to monitor performance and support decisions. Requirements Demonstrated operations management, logistics management, distribution management, and supply chain management experience. Supervising and team management experience; warehouse supervisor experience is preferred. Experience with warehouse operations, warehouse distribution, warehouse management, order fulfillment, and transportation management. Knowledge of inventory control, transportation planning, budgeting, and production or demand planning. Familiarity with 3PL, NVOCC, ERP systems, AS400, and relevant management systems is an advantage.
