Senior Operations and Finance Coordinator

You’ll help us get the most out of it, and you’ll have a real say in how things are done. About us Precision Products is an established Guelph manufacturer of [wheels, bands and related components for the industrial tire industry]. We serve customers across Canada, the United States and overseas. We’re a small team, so your work is seen and it matters. What you’ll do Orders and customers Review customer POs, confirm pricing and delivery dates, and enter sales orders. Keep customers updated and track every order from receipt to delivery. Purchasing Issue purchase orders and follow up with suppliers on pricing and deliveries. Match purchasing to production schedules and inventory levels. Shipping and receiving Book domestic, cross-border and international shipments with carriers and customs brokers. Prepare BOLs, commercial invoices and customs documents. Sort out delays, damage and paperwork issues. Accounts payable and receivable Match supplier invoices to POs and receiving, and schedule approved payments. Issue customer invoices, apply payments and follow up on overdue accounts. Reconcile supplier and customer accounts. Payroll Process time and attendance, payroll changes and deductions with our payroll provider. Keep payroll, vacation and benefit records accurate and confidential. ERP and reporting Keep transactions in JobBOSS accurate and complete. Prepare reports for management and support month-end, year-end and our external accountants. Suggest and build better ways of working. What you bring 5+ years in a manufacturing, distribution or industrial setting Hands-on experience with purchasing, AP, AR, payroll, order entry and shipping Experience with an ERP system (JobBOSS is a bonus) Knowledge of Canadian and international shipping and customs documents A solid grasp of basic accounting and financial controls Comfort with Gmail, Google Docs and Sheets A diploma or certificate in accounting, business, supply chain or a related field is preferred You’ll do well here if you are organized, accurate, calm when priorities shift, clear in how you communicate, and happy to pitch in where you’re needed.
