Pro adsSenior Meta Media Buyer — Auto Insurance / Home Insurance / MVA Lead Gen About the Role We’re looking for an experienced, high-performing Meta media buyer to help scale lead-generation campaigns across auto insurance, home insurance, and motor vehicle accident (MVA)/personal injury. We’re looking for someone who understands direct-response advertising, knows how to identify winning creative angles, and has experience scaling campaigns while maintaining efficient CPLs and strong lead quality. You’ll develop and test creative concepts, manage Meta campaigns, analyze performance, and scale successful campaigns. We’ve also built our own proprietary platform that allows our media buyers to launch campaigns directly to Meta and monitor spend, revenue, and key performance metrics in one place. The platform also provides access to leading AI video tools, including models such as Seedance and Omni Flash, to support creative production and testing. What We’re Looking For Direct Meta lead-generation experience in auto insurance, home insurance, or MVA/personal injury. Experience in one of these verticals is sufficient; experience across multiple verticals is a plus. Strong direct-response creative instincts and the ability to develop new angles, hooks, and ad concepts based on performance. Experience using AI creative tools as part of an advertising workflow. A demonstrated ability to test, optimize, and scale campaigns while maintaining CPL and lead quality. Experience managing meaningful advertising budgets and allocating spend based on performance. Affiliate or performance lead-generation experience is a plus. We’re especially interested in candidates who can clearly demonstrate the campaigns they personally managed and the results they were responsible for.
