Senior MES Developer / Consultant - Sepasoft

Senior Sepasoft MES Developer / Consultant Location: Fremont, CA – On-site Duration: 6 Months (Contract) Start Date: ASAP Indicative Experience: 8 - 10 Years Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Sepasoft MES Developer / Consultant for an on-site contract opportunity in Fremont, CA. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience implementing and supporting Sepasoft MES applications, including Track & Trace, OEE, and SPC modules, along with expertise in Ignition, SQL, and Python/Jython scripting. Required Qualifications 8+ years of experience in enterprise applications, MES, or manufacturing IT. 4+ years of hands-on Sepasoft MES implementation experience. Experience with Sepasoft Track & Trace, OEE, and SPC modules is required. Strong experience with Ignition, SQL, and Python/Jython. Experience integrating MES with ERP/PLM systems. Experience with application development, implementation, and L2/L3 production support. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Preferred: Oracle Fusion/OIC integration, Sepasoft certification, ISA-95, and manufacturing data platform experience. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, configure, and support Sepasoft MES applications. Implement and enhance Sepasoft modules, including Track & Trace, OEE, SPC, Batch, and Settings & Changeover. Develop custom application logic, scripts, and SQL queries. Integrate MES with ERP/SCM and PLM systems, preferably Oracle Fusion. Support manufacturing data integration, reporting, and troubleshooting. Manage application testing, deployments, enhancements, and production support. Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and IT teams. Work Arrangement: On-site in Fremont, CA.
