Role Description The Senior Media Buyer will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across multiple channels to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth. Day-to-day tasks include developing media plans, negotiating and purchasing media inventory, monitoring campaign performance, and adjusting strategies based on data insights. The role involves close collaboration with marketing, content, and strategy teams to align media buying with overall client goals and messaging. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Boston, NY, requiring presence in the office for cross-functional collaboration and rapid decision-making. Qualifications Strong media planning and media buying skills with a track record of managing multi-channel campaigns. Proficiency in media strategy and analytical skills to interpret data, optimize performance, and report results. Excellent communication skills for collaborating with internal teams, clients, and external partners. Experience with digital advertising platforms (e.g., Meta, Google Ads, programmatic tools) and attribution/analytics tools. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple campaigns, and meet deadlines. Prior experience in agency or performance marketing settings is highly beneficial. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
