About the Opportunity: The SENIOR MANAGER, SUPPLY PLANNING is responsible for designing and implementing clinical supplies strategies for clinical trials. This role ensures timely provision, forecasting, and distribution of clinical supplies, coordinating with multiple internal teams and external manufacturing organizations. The position plays a key role in supporting clinical operations by managing supply plans and operational logistics critical to the success of clinical studies. Responsibilities: Oversee labeling, packaging, release, distribution, and returns of clinical supplies at external manufacturing sites. Develop and manage clinical supply forecast plans and budgets for multiple programs. Create global supply strategies to support clinical studies, collaborating with clinical operations and regulatory teams. Support onboarding of new clinical sites and manage co-therapy drug supply and distribution. Ensure timely investigational medicinal product production and manage inventory and global distribution. Manage label development from text generation to printing. Implement scheduling software for clinical trials and commercial needs, including chain of custody tracking. Manage development, review, and testing of interactive response technology systems. Review documentation with clinical teams. Represent supply planning in clinical trial meetings and communicate plans to stakeholders. Partner with functional leaders across multiple departments to ensure clinical trial supply needs are met. Deliver presentations and recommendations to senior leadership. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Minimum 5 years’ experience in supply chain, planning, or operations roles. Experience with time-critical and temperature-sensitive product planning preferred. Proficiency with multiple database and electronic systems; experience with Oracle/ERP and courier/material ordering portals is a plus. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Experience writing standard operating procedures. Advanced analytical skills for evaluating complex problems. Strategic and financial analytical capabilities. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Skilled in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
