Senior Manager, Storeroom Solutions

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Manager, Storeroom Solutions to join the team of a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space. This role will lead complex, multi-site storeroom initiatives that improve service quality, operational consistency, and customer satisfaction. The position partners closely with internal teams and senior client stakeholders to deliver redesign projects, assess current-state operations, and drive post-implementation success. The ideal candidate brings strong program leadership, consulting experience, and a practical understanding of storeroom design and operational improvement in a manufacturing and automotive environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually Responsibilities Lead and oversee multiple projects, ensuring quality storeroom services for customers Allocate resources based on project demand and identify process improvements Conduct storeroom assessments and manage post-implementation evaluations Develop and maintain training documentation for team members Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders Manage relationships with senior client contacts and leadership for large redesign projects Define and implement standard processes, tools, and systems for storeroom services Qualifications Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience Strong knowledge of eCOS, EDI, Punch Out, Ariba, CribMaster, Arcturus, RFID technology, and storeroom design Demonstrated ability to manage multiple resources across various locations on complex projects Experience in consulting, systems implementation, and process reengineering Strong project management skills, with previous implementation experience preferred Knowledge of storeroom design and operations Solid PC skills, including proficiency in the full MS Office Suite Benefits Healthcare coverage options 401(k) plan Tuition reimbursement Paid vacation, sick leave, and holidays Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
