• Support clients in optimizing and stabilizing existing procurement systems
• Partner effectively with technical and data teams without needing to be a technologist or data arc
• Understand how procurement data is captured, governed, and leveraged for insights
• Translate business needs into practical technology and data solutions, while recognizing system limitations
• Assess current-state procurement processes and operating models
• Design future-state processes that are efficient, scalable, and aligned with business objectives
• Balance standardization with flexibility to support diverse stakeholder needs
• Address non-technology enablers critical to success, including policy, governance, organization design, and people capabilities
• Support change management efforts to drive adoption and sustainable outcomes
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders
• Lead workstreams or full engagements, managing scope, quality, and client expectations
• Coach and develop junior team members and client resources
• Contribute to practice growth through thought leadership and knowledge sharing
• Expand existing client relationships and identify follow-on opportunities
• Participate in business development pursuits, proposal development, and client presentations
• Build a strong market presence through insight-driven conversations
Basic Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
· At least 6 years of relevant work experience in the job description
Preferred Qualifications:
· 6–10 years of consulting experience in procurement and/or supply chain, including S2P system implementations
· Demonstrated track record of successfully leading client engagements end-to-end
· Prior experience expanding existing client relationships or supporting business development efforts
· Strong analytical and problem‐solving capabilities applied in client-facing environments
· Proven ability to develop, coach, and mentor team members
· Effective facilitator with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to executive audiences
· Strong working knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel in a consulting context
