Responsibilities
• Lead development of the 3-year global supply plan and ensure alignment across functions and geographies.
• Build analyses and tools to identify lost sales opportunities, quantify demand risk, and recommend actions to senior leadership.
• Oversee and optimize enterprise-level master data processes to maintain accuracy and consistency across supply chain and finance systems.
• Develop models and analytics using statistical methods and programming (Python, SQL, etc.) and operationalize solutions.
• Present insights to senior executives, manage cross-functional initiatives, mentor and develop direct reports, and travel as required.
Requirements
• Master s degree or equivalent in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics or related field and 2 years of experience in the position offered or a related role.
• 2 years experience utilizing advanced analytics techniques including R, Python, and Jupyter Notebook in supply planning analytics for a global retail organization.
• 2 years experience developing and presenting supply chain data insights to senior leadership to optimize sourcing network by cost and lead time.
• 2 years experience overseeing and optimizing enterprise-level master data processes across supply chain and finance systems.
• 1 year experience utilizing machine learning models through Python for demand forecasting and 1 year developing automated processes in Dataiku to support scheduled analysis.
