SUMMARY The Senior Manager of Demand Planning is a key business partner to Sales, Marketing, Operations and Finance, responsible for leading Demand Planning, integrating forward-thinking demand, supply and financial planning insights. The ideal candidate is a subject matter expert in demand planning for fast-moving consumer goods, with experience working with supply chain network optimization and inventory planning. This person will directly oversee the demand planning team and be responsible for improving and standardizing tools, data sources and templates. We\'re seeking an individual with excellent facilitation and communication skills in order to work with different stakeholders across areas that are integral to meeting the company\'s goals.
