e-to-Contract and PR-to-PO. You partner with IT, Finance, Legal, and business leaders to align sourcing with technology roadmaps, security, and cost optimization. This is your chance to drive significant cost reductions and seamless post‑merger integration in a global, growth-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
• Lead and develop an 8–10 person team across Indirect Procurement Category Managers and Procurement Operations (Ariba S2C and PR/PO workflows)
• Deliver Finance-committed GAAP Opex budget savings and synergy capture from acquisitions
• Drive M&A integration initiatives including supplier rationalization, contract harmonization, volume leverage and spend elimination
• Personally lead critical IT sourcing events and complex negotiations (enterprise SaaS, MSP, cloud, system integrators)
• Partner with IT leadership to align sourcing decisions with roadmaps, security, scalability, and cost optimization
• Enable value through contract restructuring, licensing optimization, renewal consolidation, and TCO-based decisions
• Ensure efficient, compliant execution across S2C and P2P processes with strong Ariba adoption
• Simplify and standardize procurement processes to support scale, M&A, and stakeholder experience
• Maintain governance, policy compliance, contract visibility, and proactive supplier and risk management
Key requirements
• Bachelor's degree in any field; MBA preferred
• 10+ years of xklufbp procurement experience with deep IT procurement and negotiation expertise
• Proven leader of both category management and procurement operations teams
• Demonstrated success delivering M&A synergy cost savings and enterprise sourcing outcomes
• Strong Ariba S2C and P2P experience preferred
