Anteris is a science-driven structural heart company that is redefining expectations and advancing the field through cutting-edge solutions focused on restoring native-like physiology versus treating symptoms of structural heart disease. We are currently developing a new class of TAVR designed to mimic the performance of a healthy aortic valve. With offices in Minneapolis, MN, US; Geneva, Switzerland; and Brisbane and Perth, Australia, we have a growing and inclusive team.

We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Senior Manager, Total Rewards & HR Operations to lead executive compensation, global total rewards programs, and core HR operational infrastructure for a publicly traded medical device company listed on both the U.S. Nasdaq and Australian Securities Exchange (ASX).

Reporting to the VP, Human Resources, this leader will own executive compensation administration and program execution, design and oversee global merit and incentive processes, and drive operational excellence across HR systems, compliance, and employee experience platforms. This role will ensure that all compensation and HR programs are accurate, compliant, scalable, and executive-ready.

This position manages a small HR operations team and works closely with executive compensation consultants, external counsel, Finance, Legal, and senior leadership.

At Anteris Technologies, you’ll join a mission-driven team dedicated to improving the lives of patients with aortic stenosis through breakthrough structural heart technologies — and help build the organizational foundation supporting that impact.
