Position Summary The Senior Manager, Global Logistics Strategy & Analytics is responsible for driving logistics productivity, cost optimization, strategic sourcing support, network design, and digital transformation initiatives across the global logistics organization. This role partners closely with Logistics, Procurement, Finance, Operations, and Centers of Excellence to develop and execute programs that improve transportation, warehousing, and overall supply chain performance. Key Responsibilities Lead strategic logistics initiatives focused on transportation, warehousing, and network optimization. Manage logistics budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis. Develop analytics and network design models to optimize cost, service, and inventory flows. Drive truckload utilization, transportation consolidation, and direct shipment programs. Support logistics procurement and sourcing activities for transportation and warehouse services, including RFIs, RFPs, contract evaluations, and supplier performance management. Lead Agentic AI and advanced analytics initiatives to improve planning, visibility, and productivity. Identify and execute cost-to-serve reduction opportunities across the logistics network. Develop executive dashboards, KPIs, and business cases to support strategic decisions. Partner with Finance, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams to deliver productivity and savings targets. Lead cross-functional projects and continuous improvement initiatives globally. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business, Finance, or related field. 7+ years of experience in Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain, Procurement, or Operations. 5+ years managing transportation and warehouse sourcing initiatives. Preferred Qualifications MBA or Master's degree. Strong understanding of carrier procurement, warehouse procurement, contract negotiations, and supplier management. Experience with logistics analytics, cost modeling, and network design. Strong financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, and business case development. Advanced skills in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics platforms. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders. Strong verbal, written, presentation, and project leadership skills. Experience with transportation management systems (TMS), warehouse management systems (WMS), and network optimization tools. Experience implementing AI, automation, or digital supply chain solutions. Experience supporting global logistics operations across multiple regions Pay Range The annual salary for this position is between $117,500.00 - $234,500.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate. The pay range will not be below the minimum wage applicable to the jurisdiction in which the applicant is to be employed.
