Senior Management Analyst

About ALM Airport Logistics Management provides transportation and distribution management for retail and food and beverage products in airport facilities. Its operations include vendor scheduling, secure receiving, inspection, material handling, delivery verification, and tracking through its ALM Intelligence (ALMIT) system. ALM serves airport concessionaires at Washington Dulles International Airport, Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport and Chicago International Airport Position Summary ALM is seeking a Senior Management Analyst to support its strategic growth and planned expansion across the United States. The position will analyze business operations, financial and operational performance, organizational processes, and growth opportunities. The Senior Management Analyst will provide management with analysis and recommendations to improve efficiency, control costs, allocate resources, and support strategic decisions. As ALM expands, this role will help develop and implement consistent processes, performance measures, and operational strategies across its locations. Responsibilities · Analyzes business operations, processes, budgets, and organizational performance. · Reviews financial and operational data and prepares reports for management. · Identifies inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement. · Develops recommendations to improve productivity, costs, procedures, and resource allocation. · Conducts quantitative and qualitative analysis. · Prepares management reports, presentations, and briefing materials. · Works with different departments and stakeholders to implement improvements. · Monitors projects, performance measures, and organizational objectives. · Conducts research and evaluates policies, procedures, and internal controls. · Supports strategic planning and management decision-making. Qualifications · Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
