Senior Logistics Operation Coordinator (Ocean Operation)

Overview The Senior Logistics Operation Coordinator (Ocean Operation) coordinates international freight and logistics activities, with a primary focus on ocean operations. The role supports the movement of shipments across air, ocean, and over-the-road (OTR) freight, while helping manage inventory, warehouse operations, and supply chain workflows. ERP systems are used to support day-to-day coordination. Responsibilities Coordinate international ocean, air, and OTR freight forwarding operations. Manage logistics activities, inventory workflows, and supply chain coordination. Oversee transload warehouse operations and truckload (TL) dispatch. Use ERP systems to support operational tracking and coordination. Your impact: Effective freight and warehouse coordination helps customers and supply chain partners move shipments reliably through each stage of the process. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. At least six years of logistics coordination experience, with a strong focus on international air and ocean freight operations. Hands-on experience in international air, ocean, and OTR freight forwarding is required. Proven experience managing transload warehouse operations and TL dispatch. Knowledge of logistics management, inventory management, warehouse operations, supply chain management, and ERP systems.
