Position Overview We are seeking experienced Freight Brokers and Logistics Account Executives with active books of business. This opportunity is designed for established brokers looking for higher commissions, operational assistance, and greater professional independence. Candidates without an existing book of business will not be considered. Minimum Requirements An established, active book of business with existing shipper relationships. Proven history of generating consistent freight brokerage gross profit. Strong knowledge of RFQs, carrier procurement, and transportation operations. Ability to independently manage and grow customer accounts. Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities Transition and manage existing customer relationships. Grow gross profit through current accounts and new business development. Negotiate freight rates and provide transportation solutions. Coordinate with our operations team to ensure successful shipment execution. Maintain customer satisfaction and long-term business relationships.
