Overview Skypath Analytics is hiring a full-time, on-site Senior Logistics Management Specialist in Warner Robins, GA to lead a U.S. Air Force electronics supply chain contract: supply chain, property records, deliverables. As a Senior Logistics Management Specialist, you’ll coordinate logistics, warehouse operations, and supply chain activities to keep materials and orders moving efficiently. You’ll use data analysis, supplier and vendor management, and cross-functional communication to support purchasing, inventory control, transportation planning, and order fulfillment. Your impact: By identifying supply chain issues and driving process improvements, you help customers receive orders reliably while supporting effective warehouse and production operations. Responsibilities Manage warehouse distribution, stocking, materials handling, shipping and receiving, and inventory management across warehouse management systems and inventory management systems. Coordinate freight, shipping logistics, transportation management, and transportation management systems. Support procurement, sourcing, purchasing, category management, contracts, supplier management, and vendor management. Apply demand planning, materials requirements planning (MRP), production planning, and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems to align supply with operational needs. Collect and analyze supply chain data; use root cause analysis, supply chain analytics, and profit and loss (P&L) information to guide improvements. Your Mission Own the contract end to end: keep Air Force users supplied, keep the property records audit-proof, and deliver every report on time so the Government never has to ask twice. Most Critical Outcome Zero surprises. Every monthly report, notification and property record is accurate, complete and on time, with no more than one rejected deliverable per quarter, while the turnaround commitments hold: spares out in one business day and repairs back within 15 business days. What You'll Do Run the supply chain: track every requisition against its turnaround target, request written exceptions when circumstances are outside our control, and manage the original-manufacturer repair vendors. Own Government property accountability: maintain records in the Air Force property system, keep 98% or better inventory accuracy, run monthly 5% spot-checks, and lead the joint inventory audits. Act as the single point of contact for the Contracting Officer, the program office, the Defense Contract Management Agency and the user bases. Produce the contract deliverables on time and error-free: monthly progress, status and management reports, audit reports, inspection reports, GIDEP alert responses and the semi-annual obsolescence survey. Manage spares procurement once the Government approves it: vendor quotes, purchase actions and counterfeit-part avoidance. Keep the program compliant: quality program, safety and health plan, and handling of controlled data inside our environment. Submit invoices and acceptance documents through Wide Area Workflow. Coach the Electronics Technician, and step in on receiving, testing and shipping when volume demands it. What You Bring Required 5+ years as a logistics management specialist in Department of Defense supply chain, inventory and property accountability, or logistics program management. Working knowledge of Government property rules (FAR 52.245-1), Air Force property accountability systems and item unique identification. Experience producing contract data deliverables to a Government format, and the discipline to get them right the first time. Clear, concise writing and confident communication with Contracting Officers, program managers and base-level users. Strong Microsoft 365, Excel and SharePoint skills. Ability to obtain and keep a Government background investigation (NACI) and system access. No security clearance is required. Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, business or engineering, or equ…
