Senior Logistics Analyst

Direct Hire Phoenix, AZ Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in international logistics, supply chain operations, transportation, freight forwarding, customs brokerage, trade compliance, or international business. Experience managing international shipments across multiple transportation modes, including Air Freight, Ocean Freight, Ground Transportation, and Courier/Express Services Experience in semiconductor, electronics manufacturing, high-tech manufacturing, or a related global supply chain environment. Knowledge of Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ), bonded warehouse, or trade compliance operations. Working knowledge of import/export regulations, customs processes, and trade documentation. Experience working with freight forwarders, customs brokers, carriers, and logistics service providers. Experience with the ERP system, SAP GTS (Global Trade Services) or other trade compliance systems preferred Job Description Insight Global is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Logistics Analyst to support global transportation, import/export compliance, inventory visibility, and supply chain operations. This role is responsible for coordinating international shipments, monitoring inventory movement, resolving logistics issues, and ensuring efficient material flow across a global semiconductor supply chain. Lead strategic and analytical work to optimize inbound transportation, carrier performance, and freight expenditure. Manage transportation dashboards, forecasting models, KPIs, optimize end-to-end logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management, to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure compliance.
