The Fleet Sustainment team is looking for a Senior Logistics Analyst. This position will support logistics planning and execution for naval surface and undersea programs by coordinating maintenance planning, supply support, transportation, and training activities. The role manages the efficient flow of goods, services, and information from origin to delivery to meet customer requirements within financial constraints. It also ensures consistent execution and continuous improvement of logistics processes while building strong relationships with strategic customers through targeted logistics initiatives. This role is contingent upon contract award.* Essential Job Responsibilities Control the efficient flow of goods, services, and information between point of origin through customer placement to meet customer requirements. Ensure the execution and continuous improvement of standard logistics processes, such as the replenishment system, data interchange systems, demand management, and electronic data systems administration. Build relationships with strategic customers through logistics initiatives. Integrate learning from customers, competitors, operating entities, distribution, transportation, customer service, other industries, industry groups, and professional training to continuously improve competitive position. Support logistics planning and execution activities, including maintenance planning, supply support, packing/handling/transportation, and training. Support configuration management activities documenting the current status of ships, systems, and equipment. Coordinate with shipyards, Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), and other subcontractors on materials and logistics support for ship alteration, repair, and overhaul work packages. Minimum Qualifications Six (6) years of experience in logistics planning and execution activities supporting a naval surface or undersea program/project office (i.e., NAVSEA, NSWC, planning yards, etc.), to include experience in maintenance planning, supply support, packing/handling/transportation, and training.
