Senior Level Media Buyer (Home Services/improvement Industry)

We're looking for a senior, "A-player" Meta Media Buyer & Fulfillment Manager to own day-to-day Meta ad account performance across 60–70 active client accounts, install advanced tracking, and drive appointment bookings and ROI. You'll manage campaigns, introduce new angles, scripts, creatives, funnels (landing pages, Typeforms, lead forms), oversee and mentor junior media buyers, and leverage AI tools to support efficiency and workflow coverage. If you are a C-level caliber marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands full-funnel economics, and can lead independently without extensive SOPs — you'll feel right at home. Qualifications Years of Experience: Senior-level experience (3+ years as a high-performing Media Buyer / Fulfillment Manager managing large-scale ad spends) CRM Tool: CRM integration experience is a plus (good-to-have) Softwares: Meta Ads Manager/Facebook Business Manager, Google Sheets, Claude (or similar AI tools), analytics platforms, Typeforms, and landing page builders Industry Knowledge Required: Paid social (Meta ads), lead generation, home services & remodeling industry experience (kitchen & bathroom remodeling, roofing, HVAC, tree services, etc.) strongly preferred Position Description Working Hours: Flexible schedule (European time zone preferred, but flexible for exceptional candidates). Weekend coverage can be arranged separately if needed.
