Position Overview SRS Mission Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior / Lead Logistics Analyst – Army LMP to support an anticipated U.S. Army supply chain and logistics program at Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville, Alabama. This position will lead Army logistics and supply-chain analysis with a strong emphasis on hands-on Logistics Modernization Program (LMP) experience. The Senior / Lead Logistics Analyst will analyze supply-chain performance, inventory and materiel-management activities, transportation operations, and logistics data to identify process improvements and support informed decision-making. The selected candidate will also develop recommendations and reports and provide analytical direction to junior analysts. This is an on-site position at Redstone Arsenal. Required Qualifications Candidates must clearly demonstrate the following qualifications: * U.S. Citizenship required * Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business, or a related field * 7+ years of U.S. Army logistics experience * 3+ years of hands-on Logistics Modernization Program (LMP) experience * Demonstrated inventory management experience * Demonstrated transportation optimization experience * Knowledge of Army supply regulations * Active U.S. Government SECRET clearance preferred * Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a SECRET clearance * Must be willing and able to work on-site at Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville, Alabama Key Responsibilities * Lead Army logistics and supply-chain analysis * Analyze supply-chain performance and identify opportunities for process improvement * Analyze inventory and materiel-management activities * Support transportation optimization * Use LMP and logistics data to support analysis and decision-making * Develop logistics recommendations and reports * Provide analytical direction and support to junior analysts * Identify logistics trends, risks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities * Support Army logistics, supply-chain, inventory, and readiness objectives Highly Desired Experience The following experience is highly desired but is separate from the required qualifications above: * Class IX * Army supply operations * LMP transactions and processes * GCSS-Army * Warehouse operations * Inventory management * Logistics process improvement * Army materiel and supply-chain operations * Leadership or direction of logistics ana lysts LMP Experience This position requires a minimum of 3 years of hands-on LMP experience.
