For our client, we are seeking a Senior Kinaxis Engineer, Application Development and Maintenance to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will support global planning applications within a complex healthcare environment, with a strong focus on maintaining and enhancing planning capabilities. You will partner closely with planning IT, center of excellence teams, and business users to improve system performance, resolve issues, and enable effective decision-making across supply chain planning processes. The position blends functional and technical ownership, including requirements gathering, integration support, deployment coordination, and proactive gap identification. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $125,300 – $178,900 annually Responsibilities Drive IT strategy for global planning applications, including Kinaxis and Talend Understand both functional and technical capabilities of planning applications to identify user needs Manage project deliveries and enhancement requests effectively Participate in and represent planning applications in various project tasks Cultivate strong relationships with planning IT and center of excellence teams Gather and refine end-user requirements for application enhancements Handle issues from documentation to escalation and resolution Develop training materials for enhancements as needed Coordinate testing and data validation with business users during deployments Proactively address future business needs and system gaps before they arise Qualifications 8–12 years of related experience preferred Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred Proficiency in Kinaxis Maestro for both functional and development tasks Integration tool development experience, particularly with Talend or MDP Preferred skills in relational databases, including Oracle and Access, and SQL Preferred data analysis and scripting capabilities Familiarity with Linux/Unix environments is desirable In-depth knowledge of demand planning, supply planning, and inventory processes required Experience with SAP APO, ECC, or S/4 is a plus Strong problem-solving skills, especially in ambiguous situations Excellent communication skills, both oral and written Ability to work independently in an international setting Benefits Medical, dental, and vision coverage Paid time off plan Health savings account (HSA) 401(k) savings plan Flexible spending accounts (FSAs) Short- and long-term disability coverage Work-life resources Paid parental leave Healthy lifestyle programs Early access to wages before payday through myFlexPay Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
