Key Responsibilities:
• Negotiate MSAs, SOWs, renewals, amendments, pricing schedules, and rate cards
• Analyze contracts for financial, operational, commercial, and contractual risks
• Develop spend optimization recommendations and executive-ready analyses
• Monitor vendor SLAs, investigate failures, and recommend corrective actions
• Partner with stakeholders on governance, sourcing, and contract execution
Requirements:
• Eight or more years in procurement, sourcing, vendor, or contract management
• Experience negotiating large enterprise professional services agreements
• Advanced financial analysis, modeling, spend analytics, and rate benchmarking
• Experience managing vendor portfolios exceeding $500M
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and professional experience
