Senior IT Procurement Specialist
Mindlance📢 WE’RE HIRING: Senior IT Procurement Specialist 📍 Location: Hybrid – Onsite 2 days per week We are looking for an experienced Senior IT Procurement Specialist to lead strategic IT procurement initiatives, manage complex RFP/RFQ processes, and negotiate high-value technology contracts. 🔹 Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end IT RFP/RFQ and strategic sourcing activities. Manage procurement for enterprise software, SaaS, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, and managed services. Negotiate IT contracts, software licensing agreements, SLAs, KPIs, and commercial terms. Conduct vendor evaluations, Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) analysis, and cost optimization initiatives. Manage vendor relationships, supplier performance, and contract execution. Collaborate with IT, Legal, Finance, Security, and business stakeholders. Maintain procurement documentation, compliance records, and reporting dashboards. 🔹 Required Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in IT procurement , strategic sourcing, and RFP/RFQ management. Proven experience negotiating complex IT contracts and managing large-scale technology sourcing initiatives. Experience managing $20M+ annual IT procurement portfolios. Strong knowledge of SaaS, cloud services, software licensing, and managed services contracts. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including cost modeling and financial analysis. Experience with ERP procurement systems and contract management platforms. Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, IT, or a related field. ⭐ Preferred: Knowledge of NERC CIP-013 and CIP-004 requirements. 📩 Interested or know someone who would be a great fit?
