Senior Inventory Planner – Walmart Location: Remote | Must reside in Arkansas We're seeking an experienced Senior Inventory Planner with a strong background in Walmart replenishment and inventory management. This remote opportunity offers the chance to make a direct impact on forecasting, inventory performance, and supply chain efficiency while collaborating with industry-leading retail partners. What You'll Do Develop and optimize demand forecasts, inventory plans, and replenishment strategies. Analyze Walmart sales and inventory data using Retail Link, NOVA, and GRS. Partner with Walmart replenishment teams to improve in-stock performance and inventory turns. Leverage advanced Excel tools to track forecasts, identify trends, and improve inventory efficiency. Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, and Logistics to minimize stockouts and excess inventory. Monitor key performance metrics, including OTIF, fill rates, and forecast accuracy. What We're Looking For 5+ years of inventory planning experience, including 2+ years working with Walmart or as a Walmart supplier . Proficiency with Walmart Retail Link, NOVA, and GRS . Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, and data modeling. Strong background in demand forecasting, replenishment, and inventory optimization.
