Our approach is rooted in innovation, responsible marketing, and a growing U.S. footprint that spans manufacturing, technology, and commercial operations across the country. That creates real opportunity. You’ll have the space to take ownership, develop new ideas, and contribute to work that is shaping our business and the category. You will be accountable for ensuring inventory accuracy, strengthening internal controls, supporting audit readiness, and driving continuous improvements across inventory-related processes and systems. In this highly visible role, you will leverage your analytical expertise and inventory management knowledge to resolve complex discrepancies, identify process optimization opportunities, and provide recommendations that improve operational performance. You will play a key role in influencing cross-functional decision-making while driving inventory integrity, compliance, and standardization across the organization. Your 'day to day': Own end-to-end inventory validation, cycle count, annual count verification, reconciliation, and evidence-retention processes for the assigned scope. Lead analysis of complex inventory discrepancies across physical stock, Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), transaction records, and supporting financial data, driving root-cause resolution and corrective actions. Coordinate cross-functional action plans with Warehouse, Logistics, Production, Operations Finance, and other stakeholders to resolve inventory and control-related issues. Lead internal and external audit support activities, explain control execution, and ensure timely closure of audit requests, evidence submissions, and identified gaps. Assess inventory movements, adjustments, and segregation-of-duties or access-related risks while recommending appropriate corrective controls. Design and implement improvements to inventory reporting, reconciliation methodologies, documentation standards, and D365-enabled workflows. Lead inventory projects or key workstreams within larger initiatives while effectively managing stakeholder expectations. Develop management-ready inventory analytics, trend assessments, and recommendations that support operational decision-making and inventory accuracy. Serve as a trusted subject matter resource for inventory control procedures, audit readiness, and warehouse-finance process integration.
