Senior Inventory Analyst

Title: Senior Inventory Control Analyst Job type: Full time Schedule & Location: Onsite - Peoria, AZ 85381 Salary Range: $80k - $100k per year Summary: We are seeking an experienced Medical Supply Inventory Specialist to manage inventory across multiple healthcare clinic locations. This role will monitor supply levels, coordinate purchasing and distribution, maintain accurate inventory records, manage vendor relationships, support budgeting, and ensure compliance with medical supply storage requirements. The position requires strong organizational, analytical, communication, and project management skills and is 100% onsite across clinic locations. Key Responsibilities: Monitor medical supply levels and coordinate with care center staff to ensure adequate inventory for patient care. Manage inventory records, supply transactions, and distribution across departments and clinic locations. Place orders for medical supplies, coordinate with vendors, and negotiate pricing when appropriate. Coordinate with Finance on inventory budgets and purchasing requirements. Work with clinical staff to understand supply needs, preferences, and usage. Manage inventory related to physician dispensing. Ensure medical supplies are stored and managed in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements. Partner with Compliance and Care Delivery Operations teams to develop and implement inventory policies and procedures. Analyze inventory and operational data to identify needs, trends, waste, and cost-saving opportunities. Monitor and resolve supply chain disruptions, inventory discrepancies, and delivery issues. Maintain strong relationships with vendors and coordinate supply requirements across clinic locations. Focus on patient experience while minimizing waste and controlling inventory costs. Participate in weekly project meetings and manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Coordinate asset and supply deliveries and provide access to vendors as needed. Travel between various clinic locations to support inventory and delivery needs. Work a full-time schedule of at least 40 hours per week, with extended hours as business needs require. Required Skills & Qualifications: Experience in inventory management, supply chain, purchasing, or healthcare operations. Knowledge of medical supply inventory management and applicable storage requirements. Strong computer skills and experience working with data analysis or inventory management systems. Ability to work with third-party vendor applications and systems. Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with the ability to interpret and analyze data. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and resolve issues with minimal supervision. Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines. Ability to work effectively with employees, vendors, clinical staff, and management at all levels. Ability to delegate tasks and coordinate individuals with different skill sets. Strong problem-solving and customer service skills. Ability to understand and follow company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Ability to perform physical tasks, including walking and heavy lifting, as required.
