Senior Lead Designer Eralyn Interiors Full-Time | West Palm Beach, FL (Hybrid) Overview Eralyn Interiors is a fast-paced, growing luxury interior design firm searching for a talented, experienced Senior Lead Designer to take ownership of full-scale residential projects from concept through install. This role is for a designer ready to run their own projects start-to-finish: leading clients, directing the Junior Designer paired with you, and making the final design and execution decisions that shape the work. You will own the design vision on every project assigned to you, reporting to the Principal Designer but not requiring her for the decisions that are yours to make. This is a builder role with serious earning potential through our profit-share model, and a long runway for growth as the firm scales. Key Responsibilities Project Leadership Lead full-service interior design projects start to finish: new construction, large-scale renovation, and full furnishings Own the design vision and creative direction on every assigned project, in alignment with the Principal Designer's standards Run client meetings, presentations, site visits, and walkthroughs independently Coordinate with architects, general contractors, vendors, and tradespeople throughout the project lifecycle Direct the Junior Designer paired with your projects, and mentor their growth Design Execution Develop conceptual designs, mood boards, and design presentations Lead all sourcing for hard finishes, furniture, and styling Produce or oversee full ID drawing sets (must be proficient enough to produce a set independently when needed) Approve specifications, finishes, and selections before they reach the client Present design plans to clients and shepherd them through revisions to final approval Client Relationship Serve as the day-to-day client point of contact on assigned projects Maintain trust, communication cadence, and a calm, solutions-first posture across the life of the project Hold the Eralyn standard for client experience: transparent, hands-on, high-touch Procurement & Install Support Partner with the firm's project management function on procurement, lead times, and order management Lead pre-install preparation and on-site install execution Manage the punch list and client walkthrough at the end of every install Business Contribution Maintain accurate, well-documented projects in Design Files and ClickUp Manage each project to its target margin and track budget against contract in real time Contribute to the firm's growth, operationally, creatively, and culturally Qualifications 5 to 8 years leading high-end residential interior design projects start-to-finish, not just working on them Demonstrated experience leading new construction and/or large-scale renovation projects independently, without close supervision Experience presenting independently to high-end residential clients Experience managing or mentoring junior designers, assistants, or contractors Proficient in SketchUp Proficient with Design Files or a similar project management program Able to produce a full ID drawing set independently (read, draw, and redline) Strong understanding of construction documentation, code, and ho…
