About the RoleWe're looking for a warm, experienced Senior Designer to lead full-service residential projects, and their own project team, from concept through installation. You'll work closely with Joey, our Creative Director, and bring the same high-touch, high-craft, collaborative spirit our clients love us for. Responsibilities Lead design development and your own project team from concept through installation, upholding JSDC's high-touch process Serve as the primary client contact, bringing the calm, confident leadership our clients trust Coordinate with contractors and trades to protect design intent on site Prepare and present design concepts, mood boards and specifications to clients Source and specify finishes, furniture and materials with our Procurement Manager Mentor and lead junior designers What We're Looking For 3+ years of Senior or Lead design experience in luxury, high-end interior architecture and design Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp and LayOut (Studio Designer experience is a bonus, not required) A strong portfolio showing full-service project leadership from concept through completion Confident, polished client-facing communication and presentation skills A collaborative mindset and strong work ethic: someone who can lead a team and own outcomes Our Culture Client service: Concierge-level care at every phase.
