Senior Integrated Master Scheduler
Zenius CorporationEmployment Type: Full-Time Work Location: Onsite Fort Meade, Maryland Clearance Requirement: TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Senior Integrated Master Scheduler to develop and maintain detailed resource-loaded schedules supporting technical programs involving developmental and operational systems. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain detailed resource-loaded schedules. Work with developmental and operational teams to maintain current project schedules. Develop and modify individual project schedules. Integrate multiple project schedules into an overall Master Program Schedule. Maintain Master Program and individual Project Schedules. Link project schedules to overarching programs, portfolios, functional areas, and Integrated Master Plans (IMPs). Develop layered schedules and IMPs demonstrating project progress and contributions toward overall requirements and objectives. Identify, maintain, and track dependencies between related projects. Apply project-management and scheduling best practices. Use Microsoft Project and/or Primavera for scheduling activities. Required Qualifications Twelve (12) years of Scheduler experience supporting programs or contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity. Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline. At least two (2) years of demonstrated experience managing schedules for engineering programs involving hardware and software development and multiple sub-components using MS Project or Primavera. Successful completion of an advanced-level MS Project or Primavera course. Desired Qualifications AACE certification and/or Planning and Scheduling Professional (PSP) certification. Education/Experience Substitution Four (4) additional years of scheduling experience may substitute for a bachelor's degree. A master's degree may substitute for two (2) years of required experience.
