In this role, you will develop, maintain, analyze, and report the program’s resource-loaded Integrated Master Schedule (IMS). Supporting DISA, Amentum’s Intel and Cyber Division is expanding a proven team of highly skilled engineers and architects to design, deploy, and sustain an innovative IT enterprise solution. The successful candidate will integrate program plans, work breakdown structures, resources, milestones, dependencies, and performance data into a logic-driven schedule that enables leadership to monitor execution, assess risk, manage dependencies, and make informed decisions. The role requires close coordination with program management, technical leads, functional teams, and Government stakeholders. We are seeking a Senior Integrated Master Scheduler who combines meticulous organizational discipline with strategic foresight. In this role, you will lead efforts to establish and maintain highly efficient agile execution in a rapidly evolving operational environment. Success requires the ability to navigate complex, cross-functional dependencies independently while fostering collaborative solutions across integrated engineering teams. Work Schedule: 8 Hours per day, Monday thru Friday Essential Responsibilities: The duties and responsibilities of the Senior Integrated Master Scheduler include but are not limited to the following: Develop, maintain, and update the program’s baseline and forecast Integrated Master Schedule using Microsoft Project or an approved scheduling tool. Build and maintain a logically networked, resource-loaded schedule that includes all authorized program work, including both discrete tasks and level-of-effort activities. Decompose program work into measurable, manageable activities with appropriate durations, logic ties, dependencies, milestones, resource assignments, and status methods. Ensure schedule traceability to the program Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), data dictionary, charge-code structure, contract requirements, and applicable program-management artifacts. Establish and maintain schedule baselines, forecasts, calendars, coding structures, and configuration-control processes. Conduct monthly schedule updates and prepare recurring IMS reports for program leadership and Government stakeholders. Analyze critical and near-critical paths, total float, schedule margin, milestone performance, dependencies, constraints, overdue activities, and forecast impacts. Identify schedule risks, issues, and emerging execution concerns; develop actionable mitigation options with responsible functional leads. Perform schedule-health assessments and recommend corrective actions to improve schedule logic, realism, completeness, and forecast credibility. Support program reviews, integrated product team meetings, status meetings, milestone reviews, and planning events by providing current schedule data, analyses, and clear, actionable briefings. Coordinate schedule inputs across technical, operational, logistics, staffing, and management functions; resolve schedule conflicts and integration issues. Ensure IMS products conform to applicable contract data-item requirements and program standards, including requirements associated with Integrated Program Management reporting, as applicable. Support development and maintenance of schedule documentation, including basis-of-estimate information, schedule narratives, assumptions, data dictionaries, change logs, and reporting procedures.
