We're growing fast, and we need a high-volume Senior Fulfillment Recruiter to help build our Supply Chain, Logistics, and Fulfillment Operations teams with top talent. In this role, you'll be the go-to hiring partner for warehouse managers, ensuring a seamless, high-touch candidate experience while keeping the hiring process efficient and effective. You'll be on site daily, working directly with warehouse leadership. This role specifically is held on-site at our Commercial Point, Ohio Fulfillment Center. The hours for this role are Monday through Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm About Pay We pay competitive market rates. Starting salary for this position is $136,450 to $163,759 annually Holidays Observed The Fulfillment Center is closed on the following days in 2026: Thanksgiving Day Christmas Day New Year's Day (2027) All shifts receive 4 floating holidays in addition to the holidays observed, so you can celebrate what matters to you the most, whenever that may be. Who You Are Recruit & Advise: You have 7+ years of full-cycle, high-volume recruiting experience, bringing top talent into fulfillment, logistics, and supply chain teams. Source & Connect: You excel at finding, engaging, and building relationships with high-volume candidates, from warehouse associates to team leads and operations professionals. How You Will Make An Impact Lead & Execute: Manage full life cycle recruitment for high-volume and specialized fulfillment roles, including Fulfillment Team Members, Supervisors, and Operations Specialists. Collaborate & Align: Partner closely with hiring managers to ensure recruitment efforts support team goals and reflect Babylist's values. Build and maintain relationships with agency support. Source & Build: Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of warehouse talent through sourcing, networking, and proactive outreach. Create effective and efficient ways to engage with Engage & Elevate: Deliver a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and hiring teams, championing Babylist's values at every stage. Innovate & Attract: Implement creative strategies to engage and secure top talent in competitive warehouse markets. Problem-Solve & Adapt: Navigate challenges like high-volume hiring periods and shifting priorities with empathy and strategic problem-solving.
