Senior Fleet Technician

Master Mechanic to lead diagnostics, repair, and maintenance for a rental vehicle fleet. Responsible for troubleshooting complex engine , electrical , brake , and HVAC issues; performing preventive maintenance ; and ensuring vehicles meet strict safety and quality standards. Key Duties Diagnose and repair complex mechanical and electrical problems. Inspect, maintain, and service vehicles to required specifications. Ensure safe, accurate workmanship and compliance with standards. Mentor and support junior technicians and shop staff. Identify and help improve maintenance and repair processes. Partner with operations to reduce vehicle downtime. Qualifications & Skills Advanced knowledge of vehicle systems (engine, electrical, brakes, HVAC). Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities. Thorough preventive maintenance skills and attention to detail. Ability to lead and train others in a fast-paced environment. Commitment to safety, integrity, and high-quality service.
