For our client, we are seeking a Senior Director, Supply Chain Operations and Intelligence to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This leader will shape the future of supply chain operations by defining strategy, capability roadmaps, and value cases that support enterprise transformation. The role will partner closely with planning, inventory, data, and business teams to turn operational needs into scalable processes and measurable outcomes. You will also guide readiness for new tools and operating models through pilots, UAT coordination, and cross-functional alignment. The ideal candidate will bring deep supply chain expertise, strong data governance acumen, and the leadership presence needed to drive change across a complex global organization. Location: Redwood City, CA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $240,000 – $360,000 annually Responsibilities Own the supply chain transformation strategy and capability roadmap, defining future-state models and value cases Support planning and inventory management by defining business outcomes and data requirements Lead the supply chain business data strategy, including MDM requirements and data quality rules Coordinate UAT and design pilots to validate business readiness for new tools Lead end-to-end business transformation, including process redesign and stakeholder alignment Serve as a trusted partner for enterprise teams on cross-functional initiatives Establish governance and standards for supply chain data and business requirements Qualifications 15+ years of experience in supply chain operations, procurement, or related fields within a global enterprise Proven ability to define business capability requirements and value outcomes for supply chain systems Deep knowledge of supply chain planning and inventory management processes Strong understanding of master data management (MDM) principles and governance Experience in product management activities, including UAT coordination and adoption readiness Demonstrated success in leading enterprise-scale transformations from strategy to execution Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills Benefits Comprehensive health, life, and disability insurance options Retirement plan contributions from both employee and employer Accrued Paid Time Off (PTO) and paid holidays for work-life balance Employee Assistance Program available for all employees Competitive benefits package aligned with core values of inclusivity and sustainability Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
