Senior Director, Supply Chain

Senior Director, Supply Chain Preferred: MBA, FDA/cGMP experience, global sourcing expertise, IBP/S&OP leadership. The Senior Director of Supply Chain leads end‑to‑end supply chain operations, including Integrated Business Planning, S&OP, sourcing, procurement, packaging, warehousing, distribution, inventory management, and customer fulfillment. This role ensures supply continuity, regulatory compliance, cost efficiency, and operational excellence in a regulated manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute supply chain strategy aligned with organizational growth. Oversee IBP and S&OP processes to balance demand, supply, inventory, and financial plans. Manage global sourcing, procurement, supplier performance, and risk mitigation. Direct packaging material specifications and ensure regulatory and quality compliance. Strengthen supplier resilience through development programs and dual‑sourcing strategies. Lead warehousing, distribution, kitting, and materials management. Support customer service, issue resolution, and product launch readiness. Build and develop a high‑performing supply chain team. Enforce safe work practices, incident response, and corrective action processes. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or related field. 7+ years of supply chain leadership in manufacturing or regulated industries. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Experience with SAP and supply chain systems. Preferred: MBA, FDA/cGMP experience, global sourcing expertise, IBP/S&OP leadership.
