For our client, we are seeking a Senior Director, SIOP to join the team of a leader in the Energy & Utilities space. This leader will guide the company’s integrated supply chain planning strategy, with a focus on aligning materials management, inventory, and supplier performance to business goals. The role will partner closely with operations, manufacturing, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve visibility, strengthen planning discipline, and support customer commitments. This position is well suited for an operations leader who can turn complex supply chain data into actionable decisions and measurable improvements. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $200,000 – $230,000 annually Responsibilities Develop a long-term strategy for materials management and integrated sales, operations, and planning aligned with organizational goals. Identify and implement improvements in supplier management and inventory processes. Manage risks by diversifying the supplier base and resolving issues. Ensure planning processes meet customer expectations and align with manufacturing capabilities. Drive supply chain improvements to enhance visibility and reduce costs. Lead cross-functional initiatives by setting performance expectations and coaching stakeholders. Establish KPIs to monitor performance and drive continuous improvement. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in supply chain materials management or logistics. 5+ years of leadership or management experience in global operations. Proven track record in global supply chain oversight, inventory control, and supplier relationships. Proficiency in supply chain analytics and data-driven decision-making tools. Excellent communication and negotiation skills in multicultural environments. Critical thinking skills for problem identification and solution development.
