The Senior Director, Procurement and Facilities role will drive strategic sourcing, vendor management, and cost-efficiency to optimize the supply chain. This leader will help develop procurement strategies, negotiate contracts, mitigate supplier risk, and ensure compliance while aligning with company financial and operational goals. In addition, they will own the Rise warehouse and be responsible for managing inventory. This position will also manage the Company’s facilities and real estate activities.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities
- Strategic Sourcing & Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies, including supplier selection, consolidation, and negotiation.
- Cost Management & Value Delivery: Drive total cost reductions through benchmarking, volume leverage, and financial analysis.
- Inventory Management: Drive accuracy of stock levels, lead cycle counts, coordinate material flow (in and out) to support network build/maintenance and partner with Finance to ensure inventory is accurately reflected in the financial statements.
- Supplier Relationship Management (SRM): Build partnerships, monitor supplier performance (quality, delivery, cost), and ensure supply continuity.
- Facilities and Real Estate: Develops and implements policies governing facility leasing, maintenance and repair, space planning and utilization, and design and construction. Solicits bids, selects contractors and subcontractors, and negotiates bids for the lease or construction of facilities.
- Risk Mitigation: Identify and manage risks related to supply, tariffs, and supplier stability.
- Process Improvement & Compliance: Define procurement policies, implement technology/automation, and ensure adherence to regulations and ethical standards.
- Leadership & Collaboration: Lead the procurement team and collaborate with stakeholders (Finance and Operations) to align purchasing with business needs.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field; certifications like CPSM or CIPS are highly preferred.
- 12 years’ proven experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management, including 10 years in a senior leadership role.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Proficient in data analysis, cost forecasting, and market research.
- Experience with ERP systems and e-procurement tools.

Employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds.
