JOB DESCRIPTION CLASSIFICATION: Senior Corporate Director of Operations EFFECTIVE DATE: 1/09/2026 REPORTS TO: Sr. VP of Operations DEPARTMENT: Production EXEMPT/NON-EXEMPT: Exempt POSITION SUMMARY: The Sr. Director of Operations provides leadership, strategic direction, and coordination to the manufacturing and operation functions across multiple food production facilities. Responsible for plant operational performance, including food safety, quality, delivery, cost optimization, inventory, and continuous improvement. Responsible for plant financial performance and related budgeting and financial planning processes. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES include the following and other duties as assigned: 1. Develop operational strategies aligned with business goals and objectives. 2. Oversee operations budgets across multiple facilities. 3. Support new product commercialization and processes across multiple facilities. 4. Lead planning, prioritization, and execution of multiple projects. 5. Ensure continuous improvement processes are established and in practice. 6. Develop and maintain effective positive working relations with customers. 7. Ensure compliance with governmental, customer-required, and company policies, processes, and procedures. 8. Partner with Supply Chain, QA, Engineering, R&D, Finance, HR, and Sales teams. 9. Ensure compliance with food safety and regulatory standards (HACCP, GMP, FDA/USDA, FSSAI, ISO, BRC, etc.) 10. Identify and implement cost-saving and margin-improvement initiatives. 11. Standardize processes and drive operational alignment across multiple facilities. 12. Experience and knowledge within raw materials, production processes, maintenance, costs, and other techniques for maximizing effective manufacturing and distribution of goods REQUIREMENTS: 1. Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, engineering, or related field or 10+ years in an operations leadership role. 2. 10+ years of financial experience managing budgets. 3. Knowledge of manufacturing methods and equipment. 4. Knowledge and experience in HACCP, GMPs, SQF, USDA, and Safety. 5. Excellent communication and presentation skills. 6. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. 7. Advanced proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. 8. Strategic and results-driven with the ability to execute the organization's strategic plan successfully and efficiently. 9. Must be able to work varied shifts and weekends as needed. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: 1. Ability to work in an office environment 2. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods 3. Physical Attendance is required - Remote is not optional. 4.
