Key Responsibilities:
• Set the multi-year Planning & Allocation roadmap
• Own inventory investment and Open-to-Buy accountability
• Build and pressure-test forecasting models
• Define AI integration for forecasting and planning
• Lead allocation, replenishment, and planning teams
Requirements:
• 10–15 years in demand or inventory planning
• Experience across multiple planning disciplines
• Proven inventory investment or Open-to-Buy accountability
• Expert current hands-on Excel skills
• Hands-on AI/LLM analytical or forecasting experience
