For our client, we are seeking a Senior Director, Capacity Planning, Workforce Operations & Analytics to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This leader will own the strategy and operating model for capacity planning, workforce operations, and analytics across clinical and care delivery functions. The role will shape forecasting, staffing, and coverage approaches that support efficient operations, regulatory compliance, and strong service delivery in a regulated healthcare environment. You will partner closely with senior leaders to drive process discipline, automation, and AI-enabled improvements that strengthen operational performance and decision-making. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $232,760 – $290,950 annually Responsibilities Own and define the departmental operating vision and roadmap for capacity planning and analytics Design and implement operating systems and standards for forecasting and staffing management Lead capacity planning models for health specialties to ensure efficient coverage Oversee licensing and credential management systems to support staffing compliance Drive the analytics roadmap and AI transformation for operational excellence across care teams Serve as a capacity and analytics advisor to senior leaders, aligning departmental initiatives with organizational goals Lead process redesign and automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency Qualifications 15+ years of experience in healthcare operations, analytics, or workforce management; 12+ years with a Master's degree; 10+ years with a PhD Proven track record in capacity planning and workforce staffing operations with measurable improvements in cost efficiency Experience with AI-enabled operations or automated analytics functions in regulated healthcare or digital health environments Strong financial acumen in cost analysis and ROI for operational investments Ability to influence across levels and drive organizational change in cross-functional settings Benefits Competitive salary with annual cash bonus Equity grants and employee stock purchasing plan Remote-first work culture with flexible time off Generous parental leave and comprehensive health coverage with strong employer contributions 401k retirement savings plan and a Lifestyle Spending Account Mental health support solutions Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
