Key Responsibilities:
• Create and maintain the 18-month rolling demand forecast
• Maintain statistical models and SAP IBP master data
• Lead collaborative forecast alignment meetings
• Translate risks, trends, and drivers into recommendations
• Improve accuracy through root-cause analysis and corrective actions
Requirements:
• University degree or professional designation
• Two or more years in demand or supply planning
• Prior SAP IBP experience preferred
• Strong Excel, Power BI, pivot table, and analysis skills
• Strong collaboration, facilitation, and communication abilities
