Senior Data Warehouse/Integration Engineer

About the role

The Senior Data Warehouse/Integration Engineer will support the development, maintenance, and modernization of a large-scale enterprise data warehouse and related system-to-system integrations. The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in Informatica PowerCenter, advanced SQL skills, and experience in complex, mission-critical data integration environments.

What you'll do

• Design, build, and maintain Informatica PowerCenter mappings, sessions, workflows, web services, and related data integration pipelines
• Build and support cross-system interfaces, including automated and manual data conversion processes, in alignment with project milestones
• Create and maintain accurate data mapping, operations, and maintenance documentation, including standard procedures and recurring checklists
• Assess system performance and implement tuning strategies for Informatica workflows, SQL queries, and related database processes
• Support ongoing integration reliability, scalability, and operational readiness across enterprise data warehouse environments

Qualifications

• US Citizen
• BS in Computer Science, a related field or equivalent experience
• 5+ year’s experience with advanced SQL and relational data modeling
• 5+ year’s experience with data integration, ETL/ELT, and enterprise data warehouse environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of Windows and/or Perl scripting
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred

• Experience tuning Informatica and database performance
• Knowledge of scripting languages such as Windows scripting and Perl
• Experience migrating from Informatica PowerCenter to Informatica Data Management Cloud
• Familiarity with APIs and web services in ITSM products such as ServiceNow and/or Learning Management Systems such as Cornerstone OnDemand
