Senior Corporate Counsel – Procurement & Supply Chain Services Location: St. Petersburg, FL Jabil is seeking an experienced and business-minded Senior Corporate Counsel to support its Procurement and Supply Chain Services organization. This role serves as a strategic legal partner to commercial, procurement, operations, finance, and executive leadership teams, providing practical legal guidance that enables innovative supply chain solutions and drives business growth. The Senior Corporate Counsel will lead the drafting, review, and negotiation of complex commercial agreements while advising on integrated service offerings, procurement strategies, manufacturing and supply arrangements, and evolving business models. The ideal candidate combines strong commercial contracting expertise with sound business judgment and the ability to balance legal risk against business objectives in a fast-paced, global environment. What can you expect to do? Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a broad range of complex commercial agreements, including customer, supplier, manufacturing, procurement, development, consulting, and services agreements. Partner with business stakeholders to structure, develop, and commercialize innovative supply chain and procurement solutions. Provide practical, business-oriented legal guidance on commercial transactions and strategic initiatives. Identify, assess, mitigate, and appropriately escalate legal and commercial risks while supporting business objectives. Advise cross-functional teams on contractual, operational, financial, and regulatory considerations associated with customer solutions and service offerings. Support strategic growth initiatives by helping develop scalable contract structures, governance processes, and risk management frameworks. Manage multiple projects and legal matters simultaneously while maintaining high levels of responsiveness and professionalism. Collaborate closely with procurement, supply chain, finance, operations, sales, and executive leadership teams. Assist in the development and continuous improvement of legal department processes, templates, and best practices to enhance efficiency and consistency. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Management & Supervisory Responsibilities Reports to Associate General Counsel. This position does not have direct people-management responsibilities, including hiring, performance management, compensation, or termination decisions. What is the experience needed to be successful in this role? Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an ABA-accredited or foreign-equivalent law school. Active membership in at least one state bar and in good standing. Eligible to practice law in Florida. Minimum of 3-5 years of legal experience, preferably including significant commercial transactions experience. Demonstrated experience advising on and negotiating complex commercial agreements, including manufacturing, procurement, supply chain, development, and services agreements. Experience supporting commercial teams and business leaders in the structuring and execution of strategic transactions. Proven ability to partner effectively with finance, procurement, operations, and business stakeholders. Experience supporting global businesses and negotiating agreements involving international counterparties is preferred. In-house corporate legal experience is preferred.
