Senior Contracts Manager
LaddersFor our client, we are seeking a Senior Contracts Manager to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will own the negotiation and lifecycle management of a high volume of commercial agreements that support a fast-moving technology business. The position partners closely with legal and cross-functional stakeholders to balance speed, risk, and business objectives while improving contract efficiency and insight. The ideal candidate will bring strong commercial judgment, practical problem-solving skills, and the ability to guide stakeholders through complex SaaS and vendor contracting matters in a growth-oriented environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $123,500 – $154,500 annually Responsibilities Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a high volume of commercial agreements Lead negotiations for SaaS, service level, and data processing agreements Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review vendor contracts and address associated risks Serve as the primary liaison between legal and business teams, providing contract guidance Evaluate and resolve legal matters independently while promoting proactive risk management Use AI tools to improve contract efficiency and accuracy during reviews and negotiations Develop insights on contract metrics to improve the contracting process Qualifications 5+ years of experience in commercial technology agreements, ideally in a high-growth SaaS environment Proven ability to independently manage SaaS negotiations and agreements with clients Experience negotiating vendor and procurement contracts Strong commercial judgment to identify key risks in agreements Ability to apply policies thoughtfully and escalate issues with practical recommendations Familiarity with common SaaS contracting challenges such as data privacy and intellectual property Effective communication skills to clarify complex legal issues for non-legal stakeholders Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage Life, AD&D, and disability insurance benefits Wellness apps and emergency weather support Paid parental leave and comprehensive paid time off Flexible commuter and parking accounts Office lunches and workplace amenities stipend Retirement plan with 401(k) options, plus financial planning assistance Dedicated budget for learning and professional development Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
