Senior Consultant

The IC2 Consultant supports healthcare organizations in our CommunityWorks organization implementing and improving Oracle Health clinical inventory and materials management workflows. Working with clinical, supply chain, and project teams, this consultant helps connect supply use at the point of care with inventory tracking, replenishment, and charge capture. The role owns assigned deliverables and escalates complex design decisions to a senior consultant or project lead. Gather and document current workflows, requirements, and gaps with materials management, perioperative, and clinical stakeholders. Configure and validate assigned clinical inventory workflows, including item and location data, supply documentation, inventory transactions, and replenishment processes. Support testing of supply use, returns, waste, inventory reconciliation, and downstream charge or supply chain transactions. Investigate data and workflow issues, document findings, and coordinate resolution with functional and technical teams. Prepare design notes, test scripts, training materials, and implementation documentation. Help facilitate client workshops, end-user training, go-live activities, and post-go-live support. Track assigned work, communicate risks and status, and contribute practical recommendations for improving inventory accuracy and user adoption.
