ABOUT MINING GLOBAL GROUP Mining Global Group LLC is a U.S. (Delaware) principal and trading company built around one idea: physical commodities deserve a counterparty that actually verifies what it is buying and selling, not just a name on a contract. We work across mining commodities, rare earths and other critical and strategic raw materials, and industrial chemicals and fertilizer inputs, with our operating base in Romania and coverage across an eighteen-country corridor in Central and Eastern Europe and the Black Sea basin. From there, our reach extends further into the UAE, the United States, Latin America, and Africa. We are not a marketplace and we are not a broker collecting a fee on paper. We are a principal: we take a position in the middle of a transaction, we put our own verification, our own analysis, and our own reputation behind it, and we act for our own client base — not simply for whoever pays a listing fee. HOW WE WORK — THE PRINCIPAL-IN-THE-MIDDLE MODEL Our role in a transaction is deliberately narrow and deliberately serious: we stand between the seller and the buyer, and our job is to make sure that neither side loses. Before we put our name behind a shipment, we verify the seller — who they are, what they actually hold, and whether the material matches what is claimed. We verify the material itself: grade, purity, impurities, packaging and documentation. And we verify the buyer — capacity to pay, legitimate end use, and the documentation a serious counterparty should have in order. In practice, we function the way an escrow arrangement functions in a financial transaction, except our currency is physical material and trust: both sides deal with us, we certify what is actually there, and we do not release a deal, a shipment, or a payment instruction until both sides check out. That is the discipline we are building the company around, and it is the discipline we expect from anyone who works with us. WHERE WE OPERATE Most of what we do can be done from anywhere: sourcing, verification of documentation, deal structuring, negotiation and market intelligence do not require a fixed desk, and we are genuinely open to working with people wherever they are based, provided they bring real experience and a real network in our markets. That said, our physical footprint is concentrated where the material actually is. Our core base is Romania, at the center of our eighteen-country Central and Eastern European corridor. We are expanding our presence in Dubai and the wider UAE as a trading and logistics hub. In the United States we are focused on Florida and Nevada, and more broadly on the states where mining and mineral processing activity is concentrated. We are also developing relationships and deal flow in Latin America and in Africa. We hire and partner globally: what matters to us is proven, demonstrable experience and skill in our market, not a particular postcode. WHERE WE ARE HEADED We want to be transparent about both where we stand today and where we intend to go, because we think that honesty is itself a competitive advantage in a market that has more promises than delivered material. Today, Mining Global Group LLC is a Delaware limited liability company, operating as a principal in physical commodity and critical-material transactions. We are currently working toward ISO 9001:2015 certification for our quality management processes, reflecting our intention to formalize and document the same verification discipline described above. Looking further ahead, our stated ambition — and it is an ambition, not a current fact — is to grow this platform into a company with the scale, governance, and track record to eventually transition toward a publicly listed structure.
