Job Title- Senior clinical Inventory Control Analyst Work Location: Arizona - 100% Onsite Direct Hire Role Schedule: Full-time, 40+ hours/week Travel: Required between multiple clinic/site locations Pay Range: $85-100K P.A Job Summary We are seeking a Senior Inventory Control Analyst with healthcare supply chain or procurement experience to manage medical supply inventory, purchasing, vendor coordination, and supply chain operations across multiple healthcare locations. Key Responsibilities Monitor and maintain inventory levels of medical supplies and equipment. Collaborate with clinical staff to identify supply needs and preferences. Place orders, negotiate pricing, and manage vendor relationships. Coordinate distribution of supplies across departments and locations. Maintain accurate inventory, purchasing, and transaction records. Analyze inventory data to reduce waste, control costs, and improve availability. Resolve supply shortages, discrepancies, and supply chain disruptions. Ensure proper storage and regulatory compliance for medical supplies. Support development and implementation of inventory policies and procedures. Manage multiple projects and participate in weekly operational meetings. Coordinate deliveries and provide vendor access at various sites. Perform physical inventory activities, including walking and lifting. Required Qualifications 5+ years o f healthcare supply chain management or procurement experience. 1+ year of contract execution experience. High School Diploma/GED. Strong inventory management, procurement, vendor management, and data analysis skills. Strong communication, customer service, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Proficiency with computer systems and data analysis applications. Ability to interpret inventory and operational data. Knowledge of regulatory requirements for medical supply storage and management. Ability to travel between multiple Arizona locations. Required Active Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card . Active Arizona Driver’s License with acceptable driving record. Reliable transportation. Ability to lift, walk, and perform physical inventory-related activities. Completion of required vaccinations and N95 fit testing as applicable. APOLIS2024
