About the Opportunity: The Senior Category Manager position is designed for a strategic and creative professional who will drive growth across Grocery, Natural, and Drug retail channels. This role involves managing key retailer accounts, coaching a direct team, and partnering closely with sales to enhance business outcomes. The position contributes significantly to accelerating growth and shaping category strategies in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. 3. Responsibilities: Develop and deliver data-driven storytelling to engage and inform stakeholders Adapt communication styles to suit diverse audiences for maximum impact Partner closely with Sales to identify opportunities and strengthen retailer relationships Collaborate cross-functionally to support business objectives Build and maintain strong external partnerships with insights vendors and counterparts Act as a trusted advisor to retailers, providing actionable insights Manage creation of channel and retailer-specific selling materials Define category success strategies, including shelving and merchandising recommendations Coach and prioritize workloads for a team of direct reports Lead strategy development with innovative thinking Monitor business performance and analyze multiple data sources Establish and track key performance indicators Identify growth opportunities through analysis of shelving, pricing, and assortment Undertake special projects as needed 4. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field 7-10 years of category management experience Experience with 84.51 Proficiency with scanning data sources such as Circana or NIQ Expertise in panel data sources like Numerator, Circana, or retailer-specific data Experience with JDA or similar space planning software Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Knowledge of natural and functional beverage trends and strategy Continuous improvement mindset Proactive and results-driven approach 5. Pay Range and Compensation Package: US Pay Range $120,000—$140,000 USD Bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided Comprehensive medical, financial, and other benefits depending on position level 6.
