Senior Buyer Planner - Aviation
We are seeking an experienced Senior Buyer Planner to support aviation parts procurement, inventory planning, forecasting, and supplier management.

• Expedite purchase orders and resolve material shortages, discrepancies, warranty, and core issues.
• Coordinate with suppliers regarding pricing, contracts, delivery schedules, and special programs.
• Identify critical material requirements, prioritize orders, and maintain shortage reports.
• Maintain accurate inventory transactions and work within MRP/ERP systems.
• Identify alternate and superseded part numbers and support new part number requests.
• Collaborate with Buyers, Supervisors, Managers, and other departments to resolve material issues.
• Train and mentor coworkers on applicable systems, processes, and supplier programs.
Qualifications
• 7+ years of experience in aviation, aerospace, materials, parts, procurement, or a related environment.
• 2–3+ years of inventory forecasting and analysis experience.
• Experience with an MRP/ERP system.
• Strong knowledge of aircraft parts, aviation terminology, inventory planning, and procurement.
• Strong supplier management, negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a time-sensitive environment.
