Senior Business Development Manager – Uniforms, Workwear and PPE EZ ProWear Ltd. Barrie, Ontario | Hybrid and field-based Full-time, permanent Base salary: $80,000–$85,000 Target total earnings: $130,000–$175,000+ Uncapped commission based on collected gross profit Direct B2B uniform-industry sales experience is mandatory. About the Position EZ ProWear Ltd., part of EZ Group, is hiring a Senior Business Development Manager to grow our commercial uniform, workwear and PPE business across Ontario. We are looking for an experienced new-business salesperson who understands the complete uniform sales process—from product selection, sizing and decoration to pricing, implementation and recurring replenishment. The successful candidate will also represent EZ ProWear at seminars, conferences, trade shows and supplier meetings. Occasional travel within Canada and internationally may be required. What You Will Sell Corporate and employee uniform programs Security uniforms and outerwear Industrial and construction workwear Branded apparel and winter clothing High-visibility clothing and rainwear Gloves, eyewear, hearing protection and selected PPE First-aid kits and recurring replenishment programs Key Responsibilities Develop new commercial uniform and workwear accounts Build a qualified sales pipeline through prospecting, referrals and networking Meet owners, procurement professionals, operations managers and safety leaders Conduct discovery meetings, product presentations and uniform-program reviews Coordinate product samples, sizing, fittings and decoration options Prepare proposals and recommend recurring uniform and PPE programs Negotiate and close profitable commercial agreements Introduce pilot orders and expand successful customer accounts Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts and follow-up activities Attend seminars, industry conferences and trade shows when required Represent EZ ProWear professionally at business and supplier events Participate in supplier meetings, sourcing visits and product inspections Conduct regular customer reviews to support repeat orders and account growth Mandatory Qualifications Minimum seven years of successful B2B sales or business-development experience Minimum three years of direct B2B sales experience in the uniform or workwear industry Proven record of personally securing new commercial uniform accounts Experience selling corporate uniforms, security uniforms, industrial workwear or employee clothing programs Knowledge of garment sizing, fit, embroidery, screen printing, patches and branding Experience preparing commercial proposals and replenishment programs Strong prospecting, presentation, negotiation and closing skills Understanding of pricing, gross profit and account profitability Experience using a CRM to manage pipeline and forecasts Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation Willingness to travel regularly throughout Simcoe County and the GTA Willingness and legal ability to travel within Canada and internationally when required Valid passport or ability to obtain one Experience selling PPE or safety products is an additional asset.
